Delete your account.

You can delete your JunaTalk account and the data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it — directly in the app, or by sending us a request (useful if you've already uninstalled).

In the app (fastest)

1. Open JunaTalk and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and learning data are removed immediately.

By request (no app needed)

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account (or tell us the email / sign-in method you used) and ask us to delete your account. We verify ownership, then delete your data within 30 days and email you to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (Apple / Google identifier and email).
• Your learning data — words and phrases practiced, mastery scores, lesson and roleplay history, and preferences.
• Your referral code and any referral records tied to your account.
• Your subscription records on our servers.

What we don't hold

We don't store your voice recordings — practice audio is processed for grading and deleted by our speech provider within 24 hours, so there's nothing on our side to remove. We never see your payment method.

Retention

Live data is removed right away; any encrypted backups that may still contain it are purged within 30 days. Your subscription itself is managed by the App Store or Google Play — to stop billing, cancel it there (deleting your JunaTalk account does not cancel a store subscription).
